I am so happy that I finally managed to find a new opportunity and get rid of this place. No more unbearable stress, no more bullying boss, no more inadequate compensation... I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people feel better about leaving Allstate than when they found out they got a job here!?

I’m also done. I found it extremely strange that another carrier paid me 18k to do the same exact job and ALLSTATE had virtually no reaction. They didn’t even have a sr. Leader call me. Oh well! On to bigger and better!!!
I am done with Allstate too but still applying with other firms. I can’t wait to get the fu*** out of this place!!
I’m only here to look for lawsuits that may be on the horizon so I can get in on the money. All those that were laid off have an ax to grind and that’s thousands of people. Not a good look for Allstate.
If you left, why do you waste your time on this site? This is reserved for future quitters and losers. Now back to work!

Good for you! The relief I felt when I left was palpable. My boss was passive-aggressive. This place is a cult! SO glad to be gone!
