Myself and another member of my team both got (separate)15 minute meeting invites with our manager for today. This is highly unusual and has me very, very concerned. Anybody else get one for today?

OH boy, this is bad. I really hope I am wrong on that, but deep down I know I am not. They have to do it now. couldn't wait one lousy month. What joyful wonderful subhuman pond sc-m.

So sorry to hear, everyone. If these scheduled short meetings are RIFs as I would expect they are (that's what happened when Oracle RIF'd me), start the process of finding another job and keep up your spirits. You'll find a much better job soon, and trust me that Oracle does not deserve you anyway.
Oracle is an absolutely devious company to go about RIF'ing people during the holidays . No compassion whatsoever. I hope that Oracle soon goes down like the Titanic. Would be a just dessert for self-proclaimed goddess SC and her dirty white boy stooge LE.

Hard working underpaid ICs are always targeted for rifs. Non performing Management and their kid/spouse/relatives at IC level are never touched. Pathetic.

Nothing (yet) over here... might just be a coincidence? The last two rounds were on a Tuesday too BUT were for those I knew effected got a 10 minute meeting put on their calendars- if that makes you feel even the slightest bit better. Let us know!
8:30 meeting? Got mine scheduled last week and surprisingly met with HR! Looks like Oracle season of giving now - globally.
