I have skills - I'm not allowed to show them, thwarted by lack of access, lack of effective kit, and you can't just work on something without a project manager asking you every day what percentage complete is it. The PM leaves - they halt the project!!! Nothing gets done because everyone spends all day escalating things rather than adding value.:@1swv+1jTJ0Ljo
I agree with every word. DXC does not know how to bring out the best in people. Stay here too long and your skills will erode.

You leave DXC. That’s the only way. There isn’t going to be some change of heart turn around, especially not in a western country, you are too expensive as it is. You people need to wake up and see the writing on the wall. Yes you’ll have to get out of your comfort zone of not doing much work for a paycheck and if you don’t you only have yourself to blame. There is no savior, nobody to come and right the ship, nope you must rely on yourself or don’t and stay and bend over.
