It is understandable that people ask who the target groups might be, but unfortunately, we already know that no one should feel safe except maybe the management, who in my opinion are one of the main reasons for the cuts because they have no vision, long-term plans and don't care about the future of Oracle. Isn't that sad? The only way we can see some improvement here is if useless managers are cut instead of hard working people.

Hard working underpaid ICs are always targeted for rifs. Non performing Management and their kid/spouse/relatives at IC level are never touched. Pathetic.

I agree I think he will always have Nobles but, for those that have not been Noble and have had their greasy hands in his cookie jar? I don’t think he will deal very well those that have been caught stealing from him.
90% of the management could be gone and things would simply work better. It won't happen though. The management are LE's nobles and he is the king. The nobles are required to control the masses and assign blame down at the bottom.
CM has earned that right.
Management should not feel safe either. If those little numbers on your quarterly town halls have not been trending positive, your business is not performing good enough, and you are not safe — management included.
