The point is not to let Allstate drain you of all the energy. It is best to do only the bare minimum, considering that Allstate obviously won't give any consideration to adjusting pay for inflation.
Do you think they will eventually do that? I don't, so I'll be acting my wage until I find a better opportunity.

Allstate was the inspiration for the movie Office Space. And 9 out of 10 staffers who remain at home office are either Tom Symkowski or Milton Waddams. Amirite.
You know if every company increased wages, the price of their product would go up causing even more inflation.
