Hello guys & gals,
Just a friendly reminder, wanna be king Jeffery got fired.
Dude had to do some major “favors” to ever end up as a CEO.
Let’s celebrate the trash being taken out.

When I look in the sky, makes me smile. Worst company you can work for. Just like cutting corners shipping jobs overseas trying to save money. Worst management ever and going downhill fast.

Any of you guys & gals that have a pension may really want to look into leaving. When bankruptcy happens, & it will be happening, y’all want to make sure you take your lump sum before it gets frozen.

Lumen is the worst company you can work. When new CEO states when I look in the sky, it makes me smile. Things are looking good for Brightspeed.

If you are worried about layoffs and you don't like how you are being treated, look for another place to work. You may have to take a position that is not the same as what you have now. You may have to move to a different place. Good luck with your journey.

Nobody is protecting them. So many want layoff’s. Most of this place is a dead end. If the do layoff’s then they are also offering packages. Part of the process. Right now at least no talk of either and no work!

Sad that you still try to protect those scumbags.

So where do you get your information from? Opinion? In the know? CWA took this to full arbitration and lost so what else should be done. Without CWA company would just lower pay and tell you if you don’t like it leave. CWA doe not call the shots bud. 40% even bother to vote then bit@h.

The Splicing jobs they are opening in certain areas will replace the network and broadband techs. The Premise or Telecommunications Tech will also replace the Broadband and Network Technicians. Then once this contract is over the Splicing network technicians will be gone and leave the lower paying job title only. CWA is full of clowns.

Lumen won't be happy until all copper related businesses are shutdown.
They'll train all the youthful and gullible to build the future fiber rich network.
All remaining copper technicians will be sent to unemployment office.

The company has a hiring freeze on almost all business related departments. Stock is said to still be overvalued at $5.xx. They’re selling off assets tell there’s nothing left. And a new CEO will want different faces. The beginning of ‘23 could get dicey.

It would be like applying to work at Sears. The only difference is if you told a family member or friend that you applied at Lumen, they would reply "what's that?" Or "who is Lumen?" Then if you said CenturyLink they would reply "why would you go there?" Or "can you get them to fix my service?".

Lumen wants to quickly place fiber, remove all employees and become a phone ordering fiber selling company (calls handled through India). Using local contracted engineers and technicians to complete the connection.

I love how people are so delusional! The company originally had 57000 employees and now has 26000. There’s no chance of layoffs? Right! You keep telling yourself that as your wishes will somehow be shattered by these buffoons! It’s just what they do!

For the near future 0 chances. We are hiring all over because we trimmed the belt to slim. In Montana we had to temporarily remove hireview because we couldn't get applicants.
