Payroll cuts during buyback/rental check in, no Spring Rush Payroll, Insane clothing inventory, email push....blah.blah.blah. The stores are dying and Follett Higher Education will be filing BK at the end of 2023 due to contract violations. Yippeeeeee

Now we see why CVS is struggling as our other retail stores run by the id--ts that are now part of Follett. They ran the stores into the ground.
The RMs can't run the store. They won't fire you. I'm scheduling a few employees and just dealing with the sh-t later. We have to respect ourselves.
When a disaster is cheaper than paying employees, what does this tell you about the financial health of a company?
What are your stores planning to do for rental check in with no staff? Trying to see what other people are doing. I'm super stressed. Don't see how I can check in thousands of books with almost no help. It's going to be a disaster.
These cutbacks are so harsh. Our RMs are not standing up for us. Cash flow problems no money for our bonuses why would we even try to make them money
