I attended a meeting this week and heard corroborating evidence that closures in 2023 are happening. Talks of 2 poorly performing sites experiencing "Relocation due to economic constraints" were discussed at length. The sites being relocated were not directly named though.

I heard it earlier today — no closures.
hire me as a remote call center employee please.
Yeah, I can comment on that. That’s because we don’t have enough U.S. call centers. We potentially need more and definitely not less. No centers are closing. People are literally making dooky up, or talking to people who are stunningly uninformed.
when I am calling 611, 50% of the call will go to Philippine and Mexico, can you comment this ?
No U.S. call centers are closing people. Set your calendar for December 31, 2023, come back, and tell me I was right. What is going away are overseas call centers.
I've been directly told the Colorado Springs call center is in the top 2 for the lease not being renewed in 2023.
To the person who said the OP is lying:
You are correct.
They said different story to different people now. No transparency at all.
They said that leases were not being renewed (Which would seem to indicate call center site closure), but they did not say anything about relocation in the meeting I was in. That being said, you are probably higher up the chain than I am.
Call center is the place to trick cx. Do not ever choose a career in call center
There we go again with the trolls. For the person who said the OP is a lie. Why don’t you back up your claim. What’s your position and some basic facts. Put your name in as well. Based on previous history, the OP doesn’t seem surprising to me.
Lies. No call centers are being relocated. And I would know.
