Salary treatment

Rumour has it that mother Exxon gets about 8.8% increase, on average collectively amongst all business unit/performance. Any update on what IOL numbers will be like?

so many young EITs leaving from field operations that it's not even funny. I think the mid career guys are the next wild card, they have some soul searching and thinking to do.

Message to imperial management.

People will be heading to the doors if salary treatments are LTA this year. Anyone with less than 5 years here will most likely quit and move on.
Even folks with 10 years are assessing their options.

January will be an interesting month.

My HR 'friend' didn't share much. Not sure of that's a sign that IOL might be getting slightly less XOM. Other majors in Canada is churning bonuses this year.
