Although it's the best time in history to be a job seeker, I don't think that the market will get much better, but it could happen that it gets worse (just my opinion), so now is the time to exit from this misery. However, I am interested in whether anyone thinks that the market is likely to get any better during the next year?

Job market in next 6-12 months will worsen as more and more companies in many fields trend towards more lay offs and job cuts to counter their increase in costs due to inflation and other means. Get out there while the getting is good as 2023 if going to be ugly.
I think things will get worse but nothing as bad as 2020
