Intel used to have an office in San Diego and Irvine. Are they permanently closed?

There is a site in SD. There was a site in Irvine but was closed a few years ago. Since then there were some acquisitions in OC ... Not sure where they stand now. Tower may have a site in OC too.
The modem people of Intel San Diego were sold to Apple (Used be based in the old Nokia San Diego HQ). Then Apple started their own HQ there to poach Qualcomm modem engineers.
San Diego and Irvine were relocated to Waikiki.
what about the Miami office?
If not it will be closed in the next couple of quarters.
