What happens when full time clock in people get hours cut to under 32 ? Do we lose benefits because we are not “ technically “ getting full time hours ??

Classified as full time = working at least 30 hours/week, therefore eligible for benefits

Full-time employee (Illinois) means an individual who is employed for a basic wage for at least 35 hours each week.
So no benefits? Probably. Mileage will vary by state.
