I left a little over a year ago because I was tired of watching me and my coworkers who were excellent and experienced employees get passed for promotions over people brought in from the outside with less knowledge and less experience. Has anything changed since then? I know I'm no longer there but I still care about the friends who stayed behind.

If you are being passed up for a promotion, you should leave! I was hired last year, some of the people in my area have no idea what they are doing and they got promoted, so there is hope for you. I often wonder how this company can stay in business, I've never seen anything like it.
Not at all. Get bypassed by non Americans becoming associates . College degrees won't matter. If your American it's only time. I'm here 40 years.. still waiting to be laid off. stay away

Unless your from Legato … your days are numbered … so sad … this used to be a very nice place to work …
Something changed indeed! They take your differential away, then when you complain to HR, managers change the hours of the division so they can better defend taking 10% of someone's paycheck.
No, nothings changed, and aside from being passed over for promotions, you forgot to mention let go in favor of less experienced and less knowledgeable workers too.
