Did anyone else’s team have to take a call avoidance attestation? I don’t remember having to do that before.

It’s when you have to sign an attestation that when you are scheduled to take calls you are taking them. And not taking too much time to go to the rest room and adhering to your lunch’s and breaks. If you violate the policy you can be terminated immediately without being written up.
What is it? Like you have to avoid taking calls?
I worked on the Optum side under EAP and when I transferred there they had a call avoidance policy they told no one about. I had to sign one a year after I worked in that department. So yes I have heard of it.
