Only a handful of layoffs. Mostly older and a token young un. Only minimum perf.bonuses .
No promos for any indians of course.

Layoffs, we won't stop.
They are trying to keep layoffs under the WARN limit. So TMO plans layoffs every month. So they are just planning ahead.
Why February?
If there is layoff, likely to be next year around Feb.
