I wonder if we have any non-executive bonus payouts in 2023.
Same here - with a 4% raise, which is a pay cut. I also got some stocks as a retention carrot, which vanished after the layoff.
What about Gianluca Romano pay raise $3.3 million to $15.1 million in the year that many dedicated veteran managers, engineers, technicians, and others get walked out the door as I humbly witnessed and was a part of 2 weeks ago. After 40+ years, so long Seagate and I honestly wish everyone there the best of luck in the future.
