the marketing/sales team on the eastern side of the country is a joke.
Everyone works maybe total 15 hours out of a 40hr week.

Got this woman nut in sales marketing who literally just repeats platitudes and hides in her home office in her Oakville home. She literally hangs out with her deadbeat unemployed husband all day on the Suncor dime.
Fascinating to see the company allow it?
Not only managers but way too many supervisors. It is incredible the multi-layered structure at Suncor. Layers and layers and layers of managers, supervisors and team leads.
There are several supervisors for 1 or 2 people only.
