An HR person close to the process shared that all non-US sites will be the first to do all CPM actions which the bulk will start next week.
This is the main reason we are not seeing any mayor movement in the US, but they will be starting in the next few weeks right between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

If "starting in the next few weeks right between Thanksgiving and Christmas." is true than the plan is use the holiday periods to let people who survive recover. I wonder if the numbers will be bigger than most people expect. So far not much of the $600+ million for severance called out in the Q3 earnings has been spent.
