Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel layoff have already happened as per manager

Intel states that all manufacturing jobs are safe. The 20% for sales and marketing are the only layoffs happing.

MSO and TD used to be TMG, it was separated a few years back. I know MSO is safe (for now). It was stated that attrition (mainly ppl leaving for Samsung and TSMC) and those retirement is getting the numbers they want. If you suck, then maybe it'll be a good time for Intel to kick your a$$ to the curb. So, if you don't suck- don't worry!

No idea what would happen in future. Mso is manufacturing supply chain operations. I heard they are getting volunteery CPM first.
