No matter how much I complain, it doesn't change anything in this company. Nobody cares what the employees think. The issues are just piling up here.
The only thing an employee can change is actually his/her job.

The people who are left are now seem more determined than ever to sink the ship. They have succeeded in typing up everything possible in reasons we can't, won't and aren't going to deliver. Meanwhile corporate spin continues to churn out what a great job everyone is doing. I've seen no progress this year, we're just keeping systems running by not touching them and hoping they don't fail on our watch, because you can be sure there's no money or even the staff left to repair or replace when it really does break. Clients are just waiting for us to breach the SLA so they can switch supplier without penalty.
I was like you once. Instead of venting, use that energy to get you resume updated and applying for jobs. DXC is a soul and talent ki---r, you actually get d-mber by sticking around longer.
I guess you just burn yourself complaining on here. Perhaps a little venting might make you feel good or at least acknowledge that there are others cells occupied by those feeling the same as you, but it’s false sense of belief that this will form any sort of power. Employers know attrition is high at the moment, and will likely care less about individuals in such environments (well, the bad bosses will) and won’t care if it’s ‘long hours and high intensity’. The only real power you have is to vote with your feet. Think of yourself of a change.
Yeah, I know it’s easy to say having left the toxicity yrs ago and now work for bosses who support, praise, thank you, bounce ideas of you and generally make working a much more fun pursuit. All that makes a difference to your productivity, your well being and even flows positively into your home/ family life, such that you forget you ever worked in the DXC world.
Most of the IT companies I worked with over past yrs had enjoyed a surge in budgets, new staff on high wages, but things have calmed down a bit now now and the recruitment net for skills is having to be cast wider to seek out the best, with hybrid contracts for flexible and remote working contracts having to be offered in order to compete and secure the resource no matter where they are. If you are waiting for a payout or VR fine, but I wouldn’t stay if it hurts this much..

So, what are you waiting for, an invitation?
I am leaving December 31 , can’t wait
fully agree - I left DXC 2 years ago for the reasons many other did. Lack of opportunity to progress, no pay rises and incompetent mgt. None of this issues have been resolved and in my opinion never will.
