My boss recently assigned me one day tasks asking me to finish by EOD. After I delivered, boss told me I was too slow, he'd like to see me to finish them within 1-2 hours which was the time he thought is enough for a technical job. He only did it to me not his favored ppl and I'm not a white he is.
