More ' involuntary separations ' are coming. Targets are pension eligible with 20+ years of service ( the so-called Boston Consulting list " ) and finally LL4's that have not achieved ' goals ."
Ford NEXT is going to be a bloodbath and deservedly so, FLV and his incompetent Directors have achieved nothing but waste. Also some of the Design organizations - D(umb) Ford will be cut in half.
There are a few so-called ' Leaders ' with contracts expiring - they will not be renewed.
Either before Xmas break or first thing Q1 ' 23. Farley isn't playing - he wants the old and useless out. Curious to see who gets through based on ' Friends and Family, ' DF wants to bring his chosen - R&A is a target as well to make room for them.
Thanksgiving is usually when cuts occur. This needs to be done now so we can move on with our lives.
There will be layoffs before the holidays. In previous years all the contractors were let go around Thanksgiving and Christmas followed by salaried cuts. All the tech companies are doing it. Ford still has not achieved the 8,000 target cuts even with retirements and the August layoffs. Expect 4,000-5,000 salaried layoffs in the coming months as it prepares for the recession.

Too many people opted for retirement. I don’t see it happening
