That's what they want you to do. That's what this prolonged waiting period is all about. The goal is to get enough people stressed enough that they decide it's not worth waiting it out. Please don't play into their hand. Don't do them any favors. You might be giving up on a nice payout if you do that. And that money would go straight into their pockets.

I’m not just quitting, I will also need to leave my current profession and get job in other areas in future. Because current area have too much people from same country and they make me suffer.
I don’t think it’s malicious. That gives leadership too much credit. The layoff plan is simply delayed because of incompetence like every other Intel product of the last half decade.
