I can also make the counter argument that we are inflationary because of technology. Look at the bitcoin scam and all the wealth and energy it has drained from across the world. They make technology this saving grace when its almost like the opposite is coming true. We are being surveilled, monitored and restricted in speech. What about the chemical pollutants from circuit boards and chips? What cost does that play? It's readily apparent, that the farther we are going down the "technocratic road", the more dystopian the future looks.
