Did anyone attend the Q4 Retail Associate Town hall? Lots of verbiage around “Let’s move on.” — “We can’t continue to look back at the past” — “We have had a tough year, but we can’t continue to dwell on the negatives”. Like… you just laid off several people across multiple departments, and many of them have been within Retail. People have the right to feel upset about that, and those feelings deserve to be acknowledged and validated. I found the townhall to be so tone-deaf and insensitive. Just disgusting. Truly disgusting. Just an Alan love fest.

Alan left of his own accord. He was tired of BB’s BS. He’ll be back in the Medicare world once his non-compete expires

Humana’s profit is up 30 percent. Stop stating you had a rough year. It’s a flat out lie.
It’s called leadership. The company has to move forward. We’ve spent a year bogged down in project growth and the company needs to now execute. It doesn’t mean it wasn’t difficult and terrible for many people but a leader who know how traumatic this has been, has to move people forward. And since he’s been here 31 year and delivered 75% of our revenue and therefore our paychecks, he deserves grace as well.
