So much wrong I don't even know where to begin.
I know I'm not the only one who giggles at some of the silliness that surrounds us. And Batman and the people he celebrates are often a good source to inspire giggles. Yet now it's to the point of complete and total absurdity.
A week of major job cuts, not only another round here but also the entire tech sector. Months of these people seeming to not grasp the seriousness of Avayas situation. And HE is Spitting Nails? Does he even know what that expression means?
It's as if he is the persecuted one. He was the one who was wronged. And he is spitting mad about it. Unreal.
- Your employed. Your paid to drive growth. Your not paid to act like you are a victim
- Sorry. I don't want to trust a sales team to drive growth for the survival of my company via being Spitting Nails Angry. Who is going to buy from such an attitude?
- The market who was duped by false financial reporting. The investors who were caught off guard. The channel partners who don't trust a word that I say. The channel people who lost their jobs (odd after CEO declared growth was to come from channel) Those are the people who should be spitting nails.
Please, Avaya. I'm so tired of being embarrassed.
(And yes, I know. People have told me how marketing brags about getting posts removed. So I know my words are temporary as they will control this post too, sadly). I just pray to stay employed through the holidays. And that my skills will be valuable beyond Avaya, as God knows my marketability is not in Avayas name, only in my skill set.
