Thread regarding Open Text Corp. layoffs

OpenText layoffs: September 2022

Since September 2022, OpenText has been terminating employment of people in ALL areas and departments. Trying to sty under the radar by doing their layoffs here and there to avoid their stock from dropping, the software company is experiencing significant problems.

Wow, I'm so excited to be acquired by such an outstanding company ;-) MF isn't the greatest, but it's not that bad.

Opentext is a terribly run company and anyone who works there should get out. There's zero growth and they're trying to fool investors by buying companies. How do I know this?
Because I worked with their M&A team. They only buy junk, as evidenced by their latest transaction.

MJB is an egotistical buffoon who is sinking the ship.

Also, if you're American, you'd better get out ASAP. The company will cut Americans way faster than Canadians even if your team is fully remote.
