Bend over and take it is your bonus. These as-----s have been laying off contractors and had a hiring freeze pretty much 2nd and 3rd quarter. Only allowed to hire sales professionals and then they reduced their earning potential for TTC. It sucked trying to recruit Sale professionals when Dell’s Base salary was not even competitive. So all this sunshine they have been blowing up the media’s a-s is fictional.

Its obvious now why they havent said anything like years past in some of the quarterly all hands as to if were on track, etc.....they knew this 1 billion dollar settlement fine was coming.
You better believe all the execs will get their maximum payouts and well get the crumbs that are left as well as most likely minimal merit increases
1B fine has to be paid. Execs still want their bonus… so prolly 85% Bonus and 2% merit. Pause on 401K and Inspire/Awards.
Theyve normally given us indicators in all hands quarter ends calls as to how things are looking for the bonus and they havent said anything this year at all in any of the calls. Not a good sign, IMO....im

We will be getting 1x salary as bonus this year as we are growing in market 😉
I think we will get no more than 100% of our bonus this year. This will contrast with the 140%, 130% and 135% of recent years.
