Has anyone seen the email from SW and NS this morning? Care to explain how this "re-org" will help bring in efficiencies?

I hope the CPM tool opening after the meeting.
the waiting is very amateur -- losing a lot of 'good faith' with the slow roll
I think this is a precursor to layoff. The full org transition will be done before Christmas, the waiting game continues.
