There are many open tech positions in other industries that these companies cannot fill... Unfortunately, these jobs imply a 20-30% decrease in compensation, but now I would rather choose a little more job security and less stress, than to stay here and complain each day that my work is not appreciated enough.

Many of those postings are not for actual jobs, they are there to create/maintain resume banks for certain skillsets. Then you have the postings for "unicorn" workers that allow companies to check a box about trying to find US citizens or permanent residents before filing for H1Bs. Probably 70% of the openings for java developers are suspect. Ignore the salary requirements and apply for some of the jobs that look appealing. If they are legit, salary can be negotiated.
Those jobs are not real. Take a look, I bet the posting have been there over a year.
