I don't mind looking at non-RA postings. You don't have to read it if you don't want to. Not like it's a time-consuming read.

I agree, BUT a lot of the “hr posts” are quiet firing posts which is a form of letting people go. As ibm gets buried by lawsuits, their tactics have changed and making life miserable so we leave is proving very effective. It’s all related in my opinion.
