IA here. We lost our NW CL marketing rep weeks ago, no replacement, underwriting is not responding with NB inquiries. NW PL is a mess with all of the rate increases and personnel changes. They've pretty much closed down for new PL. What's happening over there?

Can’t answer. We’re not being told. Business is perceptibly dropping off. No layoffs as yet.
