Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Where is the WARN Notice?

Anyone know where T-Mobile's warn notice is? It looks like they never registered the fall layoffs in Washington State...

To the author: Your warn notice was delivered years ago when Legere and M@rcelo announced the Sprint acquisition then bailed on their mega million dollar golden parachutes. Do what you are told pleb. Alternatively, grow a backbone and find new job.

Yup. Push the actual date out 60 days, no need for WARN. Thanks for playing, there’s the door, please monitor your email

I think they should change the law to allow for constructive layoffs. Having micro layoffs with 2 month notice does skate T-MOBILE out of the WARN act. However, they are not acting in the spirit of the law. T-Mobile is effectively trying to game the system to keep its insurance cost down at the expense of tax payers. What a cr---y company.

The way that layoffs are done by T-Mobile is a very sneak way. They have you sign a bunch of paperwork when you get canned which causes them to not need to use WARN. Filter the link you posted, despite thousands of people being laid off at different times this in the last 3 years, there isn't a single WARN notice done by T-Mobile, ever.

Maybe they got around it by pushing out the actual date two months from the notification.
