WTG IT. Just after a huge layoff they send a Phishing test to associates purportedly from BB.... Forgive me for failing. In my heart, I had hoped BB would want to demonstrate some understanding and send something personal to those impacted. Fool me once, shame on me....

I had the same EXACT thought. In dozens of recent Monday messages he’s barely mentioned the value that associates bring to the company, and when he does it’s a one-sentence afterthought.
I took early retirement after working for Humana for 29 years. Other than a Cobra notice, I haven’t heard from them since. Needless to say, Anthem is my Medicare provider. Other retirees feel the same way. Cold hearted organization since David Jones left.
I felt the same way an opened it. Pretty cr---y they would still be playing mind games and messing with our mental health!
This was in very poor taste in my opinion and sorta trying to exploit those impacted in the RIF. I can only shake my head.
Well, maybe it was a bit of a dirty trick, HOWEVER... Broussard was spelled wrong twice, and that was my clue it was a Phish.
Fu-k humana. Seriously, you know bb is proud of himself and excited for his big bonus coming up. This is clearly another sign the torture will continue until we're officially gone...
That is really rude that they would send that out.
