Are there any jobs at all that Allstate cannot or does not intend to outsource?

Suren Gupta is working looking out for India best interest not America.
The company has so far failed negotiating with re-I carriers to go fully virtual so for now there will remain a need for licensed claims reps.
Other than the virtual piece being a utter failure financially this has been a hurdle that the company will likely not be able to cross.
LDU is safe. Pelting is over 100 per LDU adjuster. Property adjusters are also in demand
I hear the person in charge of creating acronyms in home office has been let go. The acronym department will now be administered in Pune. Suren Gupta is leading this transformation. Mr. Gupta has done such a great job with Allstate Technology and it has warranted him this promotion.
I hear TW wants to outsource agents.
I would try hopping to the Nat Gen side of the house if you are looking for something more secure…
Nothing is a guarantee but I would think roles in represented and litigation (especially litigation) are the safer options if you’re working in claims.
Allvendor should be the new name
CEO
Jobs that require licenses are harder to outsource but certainly possible. These licensed service and claims positions are more likely to be sent to Allstate India as corporate considers that an extension of their onshore departments and has already gotten a lot of the India employees licensed for service and adjusters over the last few years since the 2020 layoffs.
