There are too many who are still here only because they think it will be too difficult for them to start somewhere else from scratch. I didn't get a much bigger pay after I finally left recently, but the benefit of working in a company where I feel appreciated and surrounded by competent people is priceless!

There is nothing to fear. Anything is better (well, ALMOST anything, some jobs are not on my radar) than WS and their not-so-professional treatment of professionals!
Most of the knowledge has left or been removed for voicing valid concerns.
This sshow is going to be sold soon.
Mean while - I just keep doing my side gigs while at work. The only thing being watched by uppers is their own butts.
