It has been made very clear that leadership does not care for team members or the success of certain locations. The “it’s our way or the highway” movement needs to stop. I understand that all contracts do not meet the new standards and that the company can survive without them. You need to stop taking the failures of leadership out on the teams. The company is struggling because of the lack of communication, labor intensive systems/processes and the failure to get teams engaged.
PT staff was cut to zero for November. No Temp help for buyback either. Managers only.
What happened?
The “we”ll show you we know what we are doing and you don’t” mentality is definitely coming across loud and clear.
