I hear the plan is to lay off 50% of our workforce so they can inflate numbers again. Notice we are breaking records and make so much money to the public and internally we are hemorrhaging. We must demand a vote of no confidence against our sorry a-s ceo immediately before we all get canned!!

5% is typical. Folks just need to stop having panic attacks. Act like you’ve been here before. If you have any number of years, you’ve seen this show time and again. I’ve only seen it hit really hard 1 time. The rest of them are just a handful of people get impacted in an entire AVP group. Usually the lowest performers or the troublemakers they want gone. If you have a job that’s needed and do a decent job, you should be fine.

Stankey will surplus 2,000-3,000 each quarter. This way not much bad PR on TV or with politicians and it consistently helps with expense reduction each quarter. I don't think the company can take impact of 20,000 reduction at once, but we can over three years.

Stankey is not CEO material, never has been. With the exception of a few employees, most hate his guts. He has no regard for anyone but himself. He has to stay at T, no other company would hire him. He has ruined a once great, highly respected company. I don't believe you could fail any worse if was intentional.
