This is not the company it once was where they cared about their employees. They are outsourcing everything to India and quite frankly its obvious they dont care about their employees like they once did. The survey has become meaningless and I wouldnt be surprised if it is used against you if you are honest when you fill it out.
I think at this point you need to accept that if you want any change it will have to come from you by finding a new job. I am finding most of the competition so far is paying higher wages.
Leadership should be consolidating offices and trimming the fat to be more competitive but instead are worried about just having bodies in cubes.
