Even if I survive these cuts, my priority will be to get out of here. The lack of job security is the primary source of stress for me and working hard to increase your chances of survival is almost meaningless when it comes to cuts here.

Same I’m still here but come in to work nervous everyday.
Exit strategy has begun.
I'm in tech and perform very well and it impacts me too. The forced ranking is bullsh-t.
What department do you work in? Have tech people been affected?
