Even stupid money knows Intels future.
But the pay isn’t great.
RSUs will be in the toilet for many years and they are a significant fraction ( or multiple ) of your cash salary.
Instead you could be growing your skills and earnings elsewhere.
I want to be at intel and work hard to beat AMD, we have done this in past and can do it again… I won’t run to AMD today bc it has better stock price , instead I’ll stay at intel to push its stock price higher ..

I stay because the pay and benefits are great. The compressed work schedule can't be beat. Why would I leave? I don't particularly want to relocate to Taiwan even temporarily.
