If you love Zuck so much here's a suggestion, log into the Metaverse you're sure to run into him since he's the only guy using it. Ask him for a job. Tell him you love the way he's recreating like a winner and you don't care how many thousands of lives he has to ruin to do it. Much more compassionate than LJE and crew.
Mark Z set the bar for others with his letter. Can you imagine if LE and SC were now suddenly care? Until they change their archaic mgmt style, starting with getting rid of the true deadwood - those that abuse employee, take their work etc
Oracle will melt away faster than they think. They have made their money. Not sure why they turn things over with reorg to winners. LE is a huge winner, fist and largest but times changes and he has to either change or step away or his cash will dwindle. Stock will too.
Corp America has and is changing. Successful groups hire consultants and many are former successful athletic coaches that earn big bucks by changing mgmt styles & developing winning attitudes. Oracle and IBM are dinosaurs that no longer relevant. The secrets and buried bodies are keeping them from changing which is causing long self destruction.

The govt will need to clean that up. Oracle upper mgmt is not waking up.
They came well short of the mark! We can be charitable, and say it is out of date and lacked the broader vision.
What a cr-p article. They clearly don’t have good info. 201 people layed off? A pseudo hiring freeze? There have been thousands of layoffs across the world. Thousands! Hiring freeze? Absolutely. You cannot hire - everything is on hold even for critical positions.
