Every retain offer has to be approved by him, it's hilarious. Managers just let people go because don't want the hassle to having to deal with him
Much of what we have already seen - micromanagement at the highest levels (looking at you PZ), horrible HR, super small salary increases (if any at all), terrible communications, more cost cutting (RIFs or refusal to backfill employee attrition), etc sounds like another 5 years of ‘fun’
