For years we’ve seen one department after the next get moved out of the USA to overseas. Were you ever told details with transparency about it? Never. More jobs from back office to front. Adjusters too. All going to India. Surprised? You shouldn’t be They’ve been systematically doing it for at least the last 12 years. They are closer than ever now and will keep at it to save as much as humanly possible. Think the interest rates were just part of inflationary times? Think again. This is part of the plan yo get the tenured boomers to retire now without a severance package. Read the fine print. They can do anything they want. The rules of decency don’t apply to the Chicago executives of Allstate. Good luck all.

Guess what even Allstate India will most likely be sourced to other vendors in India or other countries eventually.
Why isn’t Allstate proud of their actions to go overseas ? Why don’t they sell this in their IDE summits as being inclusive and helping the world out? If they are so broke they have to get cheapest labor around. Why? Too many multi million dollar salaries from Wilson on down. Simple.
Not every American company is taking a dump on its workers. Allstate is a leader in the dump taking. All that will be left is lawyers and food workers as most insurance companies and banks race to the cheapest serfs they can find.
Wake up. All companies are doing it. Your issue should be with politicians who allow this stuff, not management of one corporation that needs to do what everyone else does to stay competitive. I don't know what organizations are posting on this site trying to destroy US companies, but I know it's organized.
Agree👍👍 this plan has been going on behind the scenes for a decade or more, some of my former coworkers "auto" supervisors spent months and months in India training and teaching. Transformative initiative was to dump the American workforce in lieu of a foreign workforce. We Americans cost too much, salary, benefits, medical expense and we have a tendency to call out injustice and unfair treatment by large corporations. We may not be Unionized but we refuse to blindly accept poor treatment by large greedy corporations. They do not like the truth or the employee's pointing out the hypocrisy. A once great American company slowly selling their soul for stockholders.
