I was lucky enough to get a new offer very quickly. Only now in the new company do I see how drained I was when I worked here. It was normal to be overwhelmed with work, and the managers could have been much better.
I regret that I procrastinated leaving this misery of a place. Don't make the same mistake!

Couldn't agree more! It's nice to be in an organization that values your skillset and affords you sincere work/life and workload balance. Of course, your new co-workers complain about things that you view as trivial when you weigh it against what you've endured at TMo, all while I smile and soak in how delightful things are now in comparison.
