Does SF claims still do the silly morning meeting with the board and everyones stats?

Jan am, scrum…..daily unnecessary coaching so called meetings. Trendy but unfortunately the narrative helps the show.
It's a shame when a multi billion dollar company advertises about sniffing a beard. Begs to question what else are they sniffing?
Shame? That’s how every call center employee feels checking BOA app after payday.
We get shamed in the PM.

Its a way to get poor preforming people to quit vs having to fire them. Theyve been doing it for a long time, across any department that produces for the company. If you are a paper pusher bureaucrat you outside of claims/underwriting/claims services they treat you a bit more like a human.
must be a company wide thing, they do this in my area as well
