Intel comp is bad because RSUs are flat to down for 99% of your tenure.
Other companies actually have growth.
Salaries 6 years later are the same, not much has changed since then, they did try and bring up all pay to 95% range. As well as maxing APB(It was a range before within grade). Issue as I see it is having a different range for TD vs other. Mid at TD is like max at other at same grade... 1-3% annual raise normal, up to 6% raise a rarity.
