Innovation week Mr Shoutly is in the kick off meeting and that’s the only meeting I am going so I can hear all his bullsh-t on how Culture is better than a pay merit pay increase

He'd have to face difficult questions that he doesn't want to answer:
- When are you going to stop cutting, and start growing viable business with a decent margin?
- When are you going to pay your staff properly?
- As the CEO of the only business in this sector that is shrinking, can you please justify the salary and compensation package that you're paying yourself?
- Why do you think your steak-cutter is worth $5M / year, when all she does is WFR the staff?
- When are you going to quit and let a decent CEO take over?
Sally is using the puppet regional presidents to convey the propaganda.
I think it's quite incredible that any ceo can hide from his staff.
What sort of leader is scared to stand in front of his people?
And what happened to emails announcing the quarterly results?

I won't waste my time with a town hall held by a man that is well beyond the age of 50 and cannot keep his temper under control. You've bigger problems if you cannot show self restraint.
