I honestly think allstate's main goal is to transfer as many departments as they can to overseas vendors to save as much money as possible because they know the vendor will only pay employees a fraction of what allstate pays employees now. In the short term next year if you aren't laid off you will go to the vendor but always have an X or target on your back because you will make four or five times as much as employees in other countries. Also, if you have tenure good luck getting severence if the vendor lays you off. Even if the vendor is nice they might give 2 weeks because when you are rebadged you are a NEW employee. So 3 - 5 years from now I see allstate not having many people work directly for them but outsourced to different companies. It's sad

This is what happens when people vote against common sense American values. Trans in the military, drag story hour for toddlers and paying for gender change through Medicaid is not common sense. Not to mention the bs of shipping American factory and office and phone call centers to 3rd world nations so American big wigs in corporate life can have new slaves. Total bs. Wake up American.
