This company will go Chapter 11 within the next few years and T-Mobile will pick over the carcass.

Lumen has been bowing to T Mobile for years already. Remember, a few years ago a CTL exec left and went to tmo. There was more to that story than meets the eye.
It does seem that going BK then being picked up (by some company) for pennies on the dollar is a possible scenario.
